Then the card machine would not work.i paid £59 for a gender scan and when i finally got into the scan i was scanned for 2mins only to be told she couldnt tell the gender.i was then offered a resan or £14 refund!so basically they wanted to keep my money for nothing.my husband missed a full day of work and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish.i complained to head office and spoke toa. Very rude woman called sydney who blame it on company policy and said i should have read the terms and conditions!!!my advice is use the nhs they are 100% better and cheaper!
